Job summary

Teamwork Therapies in Pleasanton is seeking a full-time Speech Therapist to join our clinic-based team serving children from birth to 18 years old. You will work alongside ST, OT, and EIS providers in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Bi-lingual therapists are preferred. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in school or clinical settings, with strong evaluation skills, goal-oriented treatment planning, and regular re-evaluations.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts evaluations consistent with and appropriate for patient diagnosis.
• Designs a treatment plan that is goal-oriented based upon interpretation of evaluation results and patient’s personal goals.
• Establishes goals that are functional, measurable, and attainable.
• Performs re-evaluations per department criteria with modifications/updating of goals as dictated by patient’s progress.
