Job summary

Creative Health Solutions in Indiana is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our therapist-operated team at Skilled Nursing facilities. You will develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' communication, swallowing, and overall well-being in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will document patient progress, communicate treatment plans and outcomes with healthcare professionals, and educate patients and families about therapeutic procedures.
