Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible 8-Hour Day Shifts

Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Rehab / LTC setting in Oregon, MO.

This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, using evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Facility Information

Facility: Tide Health Group – Oregon Care Center
Location: Oregon, MO
Setting: Rehab / Long Term Care (LTC)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Flexible 8-hour shifts)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy for:
- Communication disorders
- Cognitive impairments
- Dysphagia (swallowing disorders)
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
Educate patients, families, and caregivers
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Supervise CFY candidates or students (if applicable)

Required Qualifications

Active Missouri SLP License
CCC-SLP Certification (ASHA required)

Experience supervising students/CFY
