The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join our statewide school-based team in Michigan. This is a full-time role delivering services in school settings, helping students express themselves and overcome communication challenges.

Whether you are an experienced SLP or a Clinical Fellow, we offer supervision, mentoring, and a supportive structure to grow your skills and advance your career while making a meaningful impact for students across the state.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Clinical Fellows welcome! We provide supervision and structure to complete the fellowship.
• Experience in school settings is valuable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language pathology services across districts.
• Support students in communication development and participation in classroom activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement goals and progress.
