Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide pediatric home health services in the Lubbock, TX area. The role focuses on flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and strong support, with an emphasis on high-quality care and minimal unnecessary documentation.

Clinicians will work with families and care teams to deliver individualized therapy and utilize efficient documentation tools to streamline workflow.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP eligibility or CCC-SLP certification is required.
• Valid state licensure or certification in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech therapy in home-based settings.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to deliver individualized care.
• Deliver care using efficient, point-of-care documentation tools.

Education

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
