Signature Rehab, part of Signature HealthCARE, is recruiting a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and deliver evidence-based therapy to residents. The role collaborates with the broader care team to support timely recoveries and functional outcomes.

The position balances on-site responsibilities across our Bluegrass Care and Rehab Center and sister facility Mayfair Manor, with an approximate 20-hour split at each location, enabling comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in the state where services are rendered.
• ASHA CCC Certification (Clinical Competence) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language pathology services to residents.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to support patient recoveries.
• Split position with Mayfair Manor, approx 20 hours at each facility.

Signature Rehab is dedicated to providing top rehab care to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide, as well as other individuals on an outpatient basis.

We are recruiting for a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team.

How you Will make a Difference

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model rehabilitative therapist work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of speech, hearing science and language development, culminating in a minimum of a master’s degree.
• A Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current Clinical Competence Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

This is a split position with our sister faciity, Mayfair Manor located 3 miles from Bluegrass Care and Rehab. Approximate split will be 20 hours at each facility.
