Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a full-time, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Jersey City, NJ team. You’ll deliver student-centered services and collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to support students’ communication goals.

Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a new graduate, you’ll be supported every step of the way with ASHA-aligned tools, mentorship, and a mission-driven community focused on transforming lives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• CCC-SLP through ASHA (or in progress).
• Active or eligible state licensure.
• NJ DOE and NJ CHR clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful, student-centered speech and language services.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams.
• Create meaningful progress for children and adolescents in a school setting.
