Job summary

MIYO Health seeks a Nebraska licensed Speech Language Pathologist for 100% virtual maternity leave coverage with a Nebraska district. Start ASAP for a full-time, short-term assignment completed from home; remote work with school-based responsibilities and IEP-driven services.

The role requires an SLP with NC/NE licensure or eligibility, CCC, and strong communication, organization, and tech skills. Teletherapy experience is a plus, with support from MIYO Health throughout.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and ASHA CCC.
• Nebraska SLP license or eligibility to obtain quickly.
• School-based experience preferred and virtualization experience a plus.
• Strong communication, organization and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language services per IEPs.
• Complete evaluations and assessments as needed.
• Develop, implement and monitor IEP goals.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Participate virtually in IEP and team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and related service providers.
• Receive dedicated MIYO Health support throughout the assignment.

Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Nebraska

Immediate Start | Full Time | Maternity Leave Coverage | Fully Virtual

MIYO Health is urgently seeking a Nebraska licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide full time virtual maternity leave coverage for a Nebraska school district.

This is an immediate need, with services beginning as soon as possible and continuing through winter break. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who has immediate availability and is looking for a full time, short term school based assignment that can be completed entirely from home.

Position Details

• Full time hours
• 100% virtual
• Start ASAP
• Temporary maternity leave coverage through winter break
• Provide direct and consultative speech and language services in accordance with student IEPs
• Complete evaluations and assessments as needed
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
• Complete documentation and progress reports
• Participate virtually in IEP meetings and student team meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and other related service providers
• Dedicated support from the MIYO Health team throughout the assignment

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska SLP license or eligibility to obtain one quickly
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
• School based experience preferred
• Virtual service delivery experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and technology skills
• Ability to begin services as soon as possible
