The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver teletherapy services to Pennsylvania school districts for the 2026-27 school year. Work from home with a full-time 40-hour schedule, no commute, and a ready-made caseload.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• PA state license as an SLP.
• 3+ years of experience with children and adolescents in a school setting.
• At least 1 year of school-based experience including IEPs & case management.
• Current state license and willingness to obtain additional licenses if needed.
• Availability to work during school hours based on the district's time zone.
• Bilingual proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide teletherapy services to PA students in school districts.
• Collaborate with school teams to support IEP goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and caseload management in the district time zone.
