Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Fredericksburg, VA. You will deliver student-centered speech and language services and work closely with educators, families, and school teams to support student progress.

We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates, offering robust support, relocation options, and ASHA-approved CEUs. Join a mission-driven community focused on transforming lives together.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required or in progress
• CCC-SLP through ASHA (or in progress)
• Active or eligible state licensure is required
