Job summary

Signature HealthCARE’s Signature Rehab division seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Danville, KY. You will deliver therapy services, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support residents in achieving functional communication and swallowing goals.

Qualified candidates hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state license, and ASHA CCC-SLP certification, with a patient-centered approach to rehabilitative care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current Clinical Competence Certification by ASHA (CCC-SLP).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other clinical caregivers to support residents’ full recovery and timely return to activities.
• Provide speech-language pathology services following Signature Rehab’s integrated care model.

Under Signature Rehab's integrated care model rehabilitative therapist work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of speech, hearing science and language development, culminating in a minimum of a master's degree.
• A Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current Clinical Competence Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
