The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Copperas Cove, TX. This full-time role offers opportunities to inspire students and help them find their voice in a supportive educational environment.

As a busy SLP, you will assess needs, develop treatment plans, collaborate with teachers and families, and contribute to a positive school culture. Relocation assistance and professional development stipends may be available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• State licensure through TDLR required.
• Experience with children and adolescents in a school setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language pathology services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and implement individualized plans to support communication goals.
