Trilogy Health Services is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive assessment, treatment planning and therapy in an interdisciplinary setting.
You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, address articulation, language, voice and swallowing, educate families, and document progress in compliance with facility policies. Travel may be required up to 10%.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), is responsible for providing a full range of speech-language pathology services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
Education: Master DegreeExperience: 0-1 years
Licenses and Certifications:
Must have and maintain a current, valid state SLP licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred or required
Current valid CPR certification, preferred
Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
