Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time role focuses on helping students discover their voices through targeted therapy and collaboration with the school team.

Candidates should hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP and state licensure. We welcome Fellows and offer relocation assistance, competitive pay, and professional stipends to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; state license required.
• CDE certification preferred.
• Experience working with children in a school setting encouraged. If you’re a Clinical Fellow, we welcome you.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in a school setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to develop and implement IEPs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and document progress regularly.
