Job summary

Legacy Healthcare in Lockport, NY is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a standalone Skilled Nursing Facility. You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with physicians, nursing, rehab staff and families to deliver patient-centered care; maintain documentation and regulatory compliance; educate residents and caregivers on progress and strategies.

Qualifications

• Current New York Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates may be considered.
• Geriatric or skilled nursing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
