Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for our outpatient clinic in Cerritos, CA. The incumbent will serve pediatric and adult patients, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The role is hybrid, involving clinic, home health, and teletherapy.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted NV Speech Language Therapy license; or ability to apply.
• At least one year of experience as a speech therapist is preferred.
• Continued education requirements maintained.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to determine condition and goals.
• Confer with physicians, patients, families, nurses, therapists, and other care team members.
• Develop a treatment plan to meet patient goals.
• Assess progress and prepare reports for healthcare providers and insurers.
• Complete clinical notes in the EMR system.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
