Fox Rehabilitation in Lecanto, FL is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for 1:1 geriatric therapy in patients' homes and local settings.

You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team, have flexible scheduling, and access ongoing education, professional reimbursement, and cutting-edge technology as part of a salaried, benefits-eligible role.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited speech language pathologist therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and therapy tools.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 speech therapy services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement interventions.
• Maintain documentation, scheduling, and patient progress.
• Adapt therapy plans to home-based and community settings.
