Job summary

Banner Health Brush, Colorado invites a Speech Language Pathologist to provide screening, evaluation and rehabilitation for adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing and fluency disorders. You will design treatment plans, document progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence or CFY eligibility.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and other providers.

Responsibilities

• Screening, evaluation, and rehabilitation for speech and language disorders.
• Develops treatment plans and documents patient progress.
• Educates patients and families; provides home programs.
• Documents treatment according to standards and regulations.
• Contributes to training and supervision as needed.
