Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for students in grades P-12.
• Serve students in public school life skills programs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Maintain documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Travel between assigned school sites as required.
• Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist.

Pay Rate: $40-$55 (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Full-Time

End Date: End of the 20262027 School Year

Work Setting: Onsite

Grade Levels: P12th Grade

School Sites: Multiple Locations

Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team for the 20262027 school year. This full-time, onsite opportunity will serve students across multiple school sites and grade levels from preschool through 12th grade.

The position includes a high overall caseload; however, approximately half of the caseload consists of non-public school students who typically require consultation or lower service minutes. The SLP will spend approximately three days per week in a public school setting supporting students in life skills programs and approximately two days per week serving students in non-public settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about supporting students with diverse communication needs while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams across a variety of educational settings.
