Job summary

Seabright School and Therapy Staffing is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year on a full-time, on-site contract in San Jose, CA. Hours are 40 per week for Elementary School students, with a local contract pay range of $60.42 to $69.14 per hour.

The assignment includes a $2,000 completion bonus for completing the full school year and up to $3,000 in referral bonuses, plus standard benefits and travel/local options where applicable.

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum).
• Valid SLP credential/license or in process in state of practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for School Speech Language Pathologist:

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
