Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans, delivering rehab services efficiently across settings.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and strive to restore independence in communication. A strong commitment to patient-centered care is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field per ASHA guidelines.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellow (CF) pathway; eligibility for CCC considered.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients regain communication, swallowing, and related functions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver rehab services efficiently and effectively in collaboration with patients.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to other clinicians when needed to optimize care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional communication.

Education
