Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Speech/Language Pathology program or related field.
Licensed by AZ State Board Speech Language Pathologist.
Two years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care.

Responsibilities

Completes documentation of treatment minutes accurately and timely.
Participates in continuing education to develop advanced skills.
Contributes to internal/external task forces as approved.
