Liberty Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Woodland/Nursing and Rehabilitation Center team. You will work with a multidisciplinary rehab staff to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, delivering individualized treatment plans in a supportive environment.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited therapy program, current state licensure, and 1 year SNF experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Education: graduate of an accredited therapy program.
- License: licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
- Experience: prior rehab SNF experience preferred; 1 year preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver rehab services and individualize treatment plans.
- In-house therapy with local management support.
