Sentara Health in Hampton, VA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve speech, swallowing, language, voice, and fluency disorders, while providing age-appropriate education to clients and caregivers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a Doctorate in Speech with licensure. You will collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to optimize outcomes and update care plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Master's Degree preferred; Doctorate in Speech preferred.
• Speech-Language Pathologist license required.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs for speech, swallowing, language, voice and fluency disorders.
• Provide age-appropriate education to clients and caregivers.
• Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and families to improve patient outcomes.
• Establish and update formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.
