Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a part-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
