Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the speech therapy program within a physical therapy setting.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, psychologists, and educators for integrated patient care.
• Document clinical and non-clinical responsibilities timely and accurately, including credentialing requirements.
• Provide early intervention for language delays in children and therapy for neurological conditions.
• Support patients toward graduation and monitor progress throughout the therapy journey.
