Job summary

Snap Health is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our home health team on a contractor basis. You will assess speech conditions, create tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

The role offers flexible hours and locations, with access to our mobile app to streamline caseload management. You will be empowered to choose your caseload, work nights or weekends if desired, and select convenient work locations.

Qualifications

• Texas licensed Speech Therapist with at least 1 year of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using mobile apps for organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of patients’ speech conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with home health patients to improve well-being.
