Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Webster, TX is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN positions available to accommodate duration of stay.

Our interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans addressing speech, language, cognition, and swallowing, delivering evidence-based therapy in functional home settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
• ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including all areas of speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.

We are looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Webster, TX and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Qualifications

Completion of Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure is required along with a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA. Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred. Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required. Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.
