Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Owen, Wisconsin is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN roles across nursing home and rehab settings. You will assess communication and swallowing disorders and collaborate with an interprofessional team to support residents on flexible shifts.

Qualified candidates hold a state SLP license; geriatrics experience is a plus, with opportunities for mentorship, licensure reimbursement, and CME support within a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Current state license as Speech-Language Pathologist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Interest or experience in geriatrics is preferred.
• PRN scheduling requires flexibility to work multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders in geriatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with an interprofessional team.
• Document progress and communicate with families and care teams.

Job Type: PRN. Schedule: Flexible Hours. Setting: Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility. Location: Clark County Rehab & Living Center - Owen, WI. Pay: state range $38 to $65 per hour.
