Fox Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our geriatric house call team serving Peterborough, Keene, and surrounding areas in New Hampshire.

The role focuses on one-on-one therapy with older adults in the community, offering flexible schedules and a collaborative interdisciplinary approach to improve functional outcomes.

Formación

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited speech language pathologist therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one speech-language pathology services.
• Deliver autonomous interventions for geriatric patients.
• Support patients in community/home settings through evidence-based therapy.
