Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or Communication Disorders) required.
• New York State licensure or CFY eligibility with NYS permit.
• Eligible to take NYS licensure exam.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete initial evaluation; develop and implement treatment plans with goals; involve patient, family and staff.
• Maintain complete documentation of evaluations, treatment, progress and discharge status.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team; discuss changes with MDs; coordinate care and discharge planning.
