South Pacific Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem to join our growing team in a Skilled Nursing Facility in California. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders and develop personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
