KIPP New Jersey in Newark is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and provide therapy for students at assigned school sites, reporting to the Director of Special Education.
You will develop IEP-based goals, collaborate with teachers and families, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings and child study teams. The role emphasizes flexible service delivery and organizational excellence.
We need you to help our students develop the skills they need to communicate and succeed in school. As Speech and Language Pathologist, you will assess and provide speech and language therapy for students at assigned KIPP NJ school sites. You will focus on developing students’ oral communication skills to support their ability to access their educational program. And you will report to the Director of Special Education.
This position will be compensated with an hourly rate of $50 - $65 commensurate with experience. We anticipate a schedule of approximately 16 hours per week.
KIPP NJ offers competitive salaries to newly hired staff members. Salaries are based on prior experience and in accordance with certification requirements.
