Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in clients’ homes and communities in Fredericksburg, TX. PRN positions are available to support patients for the duration of their stay.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, TX state licensure, and ASHA CCC. Experience with neurologically related disorders is preferred.

Qualifications

We are looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Fredericksburg, TX, and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Areas Of Responsibility Include, But Are Not Limited To

Evaluation and treatment of impairments, including all areas of speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.

Qualifications

Completion of a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure is required, along with a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA. Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred. Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required. The ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.
