Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for outpatient services in a Kirkwood, MO setting. The role focuses on high‑functioning residents across assisted living, independent living, and outpatient clinics.

You’ll market the clinic, craft your schedule, and work independently to improve residents' communication and quality of life. Responsibilities include outpatient therapy, patient-centered care, and collaboration with the care team, all with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

• Current license as Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the practice state.
• Outpatient experience preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Language Pathology services in an outpatient setting, primarily with seniors.
• Treat residents Monday through Friday with no evenings or weekends, in-room or on-site clinics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
