Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for outpatient care at The Wellington in Springfield, MA. This per-diem role offers up to 20 hours per week with a Monday-Friday schedule, no evenings or weekends, and a pay rate based on experience up to $60/hr.

Ideal candidates hold a current SLP license and have outpatient experience. You will work in an on-site outpatient clinic or in residents' rooms, support clinic marketing, and manage your own scheduling to maintain flexibility.

Qualifications

• Current license as Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Experience in outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents Monday-Friday with no evenings or weekends.
• Work in on-site outpatient clinic or residents' rooms within the building.
• Market the clinic and manage scheduling as needed.

Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient, Lovely Community - Work with higher functioning residents

Job Type: Per-Diem (up to 20 hours per week)

Pay rate: Based on experience and qualifying interview (State range up to $60/hr).
