Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment for patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, or swallowing disorders. The role follows physician referrals and supports a patient-focused care culture in the Tri-Cities region.

Kadlec is offering a $3,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment.

Under the general direction of department leadership, a Journey Speech Language Pathologist provides evaluation and treatment for patients who demonstrate speech, language, voice, fluency or swallowing disorders and as indicated by physician (when referral source involved) and performs related duties as assigned.

Required qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-language pathology from an accredited educational institution.
  • Washington Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in acute care or rehabilitation facility.
  • Experience in outpatient for pediatrics
  • Experience with pediatrics
