Speech Language Pathologist or Speech Language Associate

Casper Therapy Services is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Speech Language Associates to join our growing school-based team for the 2026-2027 school year. Positions are available at the elementary level and middle school level. The SLP will provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP goals and school district requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting
• Conduct assessments and evaluations; write and update IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and AAC as needed
• Follow all district, state, and federal compliance guidelines
