Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation invites a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in New Haven and surrounding locations in CT. The role offers full-time or part-time opportunities with benefits, including a base salary in the 70k–110k range and pro-rated for part-time/PRN roles.

You'll provide 1:1 speech therapy in geriatric house call settings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We support professional growth, continuing education, and access to advanced technology, with flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited speech language pathology therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in a 1:1 setting to support functional outcomes.
• Deliver services in geriatric house call or clinic/community settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team to drive patient outcomes.

In Connecticut, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
