Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Harleyville, SC is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities, with PRN positions available to support ongoing treatment.

Join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based interventions for neuro and complex ortho diagnoses across home and community settings, including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other conditions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure with ASHA CCC.
• Dual certification in Georgia and South Carolina is a plus.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of speech and language impairments, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
