Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Harleyville, SC and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure are required, CCC-ASHA is required
• Dual Certification in GA and SC is a plus
• Experience in neurologically related disorders preferred
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, executive functioning, cognitive needs and dysphagia
• Provide augmentative communication support as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement integrated home-based treatment plans

We are looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Harleyville, SC, and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Evaluation and treatment of impairments including all areas of speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.

Qualifications:

• Completion of Master's degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure is required along with a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA
• Dual Certified in Georgia and South Carolina a plus
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must
