Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Escondido, CA and surrounding areas, including PRN opportunities that span a patient’s stay in home and community settings.

Therapists collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create integrated treatment plans delivered in patients' homes. Knowledge of neuro-related disorders and durable outcomes is valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
• ASHA CCC preferred or equivalent certification.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments in speech and language.
• Address executive functioning and cognitive needs.
• Manage dysphagia and augmentative communication needs.

We are looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Escondido, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Areas Of Responsibility Include But Are Not Limited To

Evaluation and treatment of impairments including all areas of speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.

Qualifications

Completion of Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure is required along with a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA. Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred. Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required. Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.
