Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Charleston, SC seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for Neuro-focused care on a PRN basis. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and dysphagia needs in patients' homes and communities, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Must hold a Master’s in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC; experience with neurologically related disorders preferred; strong planning, writing and communication skills required.

We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in the most functional setting there is - a person's own home and community.

We are looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Charleston, SC, and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Qualifications:

Completion of Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure is required along with a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA. Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred. Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required. Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.
