Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Temple, TX and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available for the duration of patients' stays. Therapists work one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities, addressing speech, cognitive, and functional goals with an evidence-based approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology is required and state licensure is mandatory.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of speech and language impairments, executive functioning, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
• Deliver patient-centered therapy in patients’ homes and communities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with families and professionals.
• Record progress and maintain accurate documentation as part of a home-based rehab program.

We are looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Temple, TX, and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Evaluation and treatment of impairments including all areas of speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.

Qualifications

Completion of Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure is required along with a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA. Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred. Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required. Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.
