Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based care in Garland, Texas. Responsibilities

  • Address executive functioning, cognitive needs, and dysphagia.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and treatment of impairments including all areas of speech and language
  • Executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs
  • Work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities
  • Create integrated treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
  • Completion of Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
  • State licensure required
  • Certificate of clinical competence from ASHA
  • Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders strongly preferred
  • Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills required
  • Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must
