Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to assess and treat patients across our therapy programs in Texas. You will design individualized plans to improve speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive communication, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent as accepted by ASHA.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and address speech disorders.
• Design and implement rehab plans and ensure effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Maintain flexibility to work across settings and tasks.
• Assist peers and refer patients for appropriate care when needed.
