Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Riverside, California program for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position focuses on delivering comprehensive SLP services to students in an educational setting, supporting IEP goals and collaborative teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, an active CA SLP license, and preferably a CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active California SLP license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred but not mandatory.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in the Riverside, California area for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, school-based role focuses on helping students improve communication skills essential for academic achievement and social development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Support students with a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
