Required Experience and Certifications

• 2+ years of pediatric Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) experience
• VFSS experience
• Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Current Michigan SLP License
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification

Preferred Experience

• Pediatric experience

Other Requirements

• Ability to work independently
• Must be willing to work in both INPATIENT and OUTPATIENT units
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for the assignment

Required Documentation

• Skills Checklist for Speech Language Pathology, current to within 1 year
• At least 1 supervisory-signed reference from within the past two years of employment
• Traveler's permanent address must be included in profile
