Job summary

Soliant is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-4 students in a single, centralized building near Pottsville, PA for the full school year.

You will provide direct and consultative therapy, complete assessments, develop IEPs, and work with teachers, families, and other specialists to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in speech-language pathology or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP or CFY status considered.
• Experience in educational settings preferred, with elementary populations.
• Strong foundation in pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to K-4 students.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and update IEPs, maintain compliant documentation, and participate in meetings.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs.
• Monitor student progress, adapting interventions as needed to ensure success.
