• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• Experience in school environments or with PreK-12 populations preferred.

• Flexibility and creativity in adapting therapy to various learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students from PreK through 12th grade.
• Evaluate and identify communication disorders using evidence-based assessment tools.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
